Cy-Fair company sued over Caterpillar excavator
Cy-Fair a company is sued over claims it failed to deliver a shovel Caterpillar brand after a customer has paid $ 98 000 for it.
DP Exports filed a complaint Sept. 14 in the Harris County District Court against Alejandro Haro and E & R Equipment, Cy-Fair, citing a breach of contract, breaches of the Trade Practices Act and fraud misleading.
Exports DP says November 24, 2010, it agreed to buy a used 2005 Caterpillar excavator, advertised online www.machinerytrader.com, Haro and E & R equipment for $ 98,000. According to the brief, DPExports contributed an additional $ 14,250 to cover shipping materials.
