A man who Milford police say tried to sell construction equipment stolen from an undercover officer pleaded not guilty yesterday to his arrest in Milford District Court.
Judge Robert Calagione ordered Joseph A. Russo, 33, held on bail in cash $ 10 000, according to court records.
Milford police charged Russo, of 72 West St., Apt. 1, with four counts of crime of receiving stolen goods. The equipment was taken by a construction company Millis, police said.
Millis Police have issued a warrant on the Russo five counts of larceny of a building, three counts of robbery of a motor vehicle, the deliberate destruction of property worth more than $ 250 and breaking and entering, according to the Office of the Wrentham District Court clerk.
The equipment - a black 2004 Ford F-350 dump truck, a utility trailer, a forklift and a Caterpillar skid loader John Deere track - worth more than $ 45,000 and was referred to oak landscape and construction, where Russo had worked for several weeks, according to court documents.
I found the busy world of Richard Scary today. I remember reading Richard Scary books when I was little, and look at the pictures: the world of Richard Scary was so small. The city was right next to the country, farmers cultivate a variety of fruits and vegetables in one place, then drove to the plant that appeared only one or two streets. Everyone leads bikes. Everyone was happy and smiled and stirred to another. The few cars that were in the photos were incredibly small and brightly colored. There was always a cat somewhere and the sky was always blue and the sun always shown. It was my day today. We visited a farm of rice and a canning factory. Rice farm was exactly what comes to mind for all grain farms: large barns, grain silos, large square farmhouse on the dusty road. The land was perfectly flat as long as you have seen, we are in the plains of the Po carefully drained from the river floods, a 4 full meters below sea level, perfect for rice.
