Students receive Kerusso scholarships

Kerusso leading source of products of Christian apparel and gifts, was recently awarded two scholarships for the 2011-2012 school year local students, Kolton Johnson (below right with the Director of Human Resources Kerusso, Bob Ahart) and Eric Holman.

Johnson, a recent graduate of Eureka Springs High School, is the recipient of the $ 500 Larry wicker work. He excelled in professional studies and plans to continue her professional training at Tulsa Welding School in Tulsa, Oklahoma, it will start studying September 26 and ultimately hopes to apply his skills or with Caterpillar or John Deere.

"I am a good hard worker and I want a bright future - a bright future," said Johnson. "I want to go somewhere. The scholarship will certainly help my school fees.

Handmade Christmas

This year we plan to have a hand of Christmas. Last year I made a number of gifts, but this year I want them all, because we believe that donations are best made with the hands and from the heart rather than bought in a store without real thought of the person you are buying for. We also have very little money to spend spare available so that our handmade Christmas will also be largely made from what we already have. It will be a large cache buster! Plain and more joyful life, people get together and share what they do for their loved ones. I decided to do the same!I will list my donation over here as they are completed, and link there too. I know I started this a little later, I was busy and dollmaking dealing with the usual course of cough and cold when the weather changes. This is my list so far, it is a working list and subject to change!
