Getting to know the lay of the land

Towner, ND - There is something to be said for generational knowledge of a plot - you can work around a marshy place, because your father warned you about this when you were a kid flying through the field, or go entitled to a little-known patch Juneberries because your mom let you in on the secret of where to find them.
