Performance of the chip or programmer diesel power may be what you're interested in learning about. A programmer or a downloader, is a handheld computer tuning with the ability to reprogram the vehicles computer by plugging in the port underdash diagnosis. Some are code readers, even some in the unit. A chip is a replacement part that improvements in your stock component.There are also modules and chips that plug into the vehicle wiring harness that you can adjust and disable on the fly.
