Ayala Cove

Saturday, October 23, we took the boat to Ayala Cove on Angel Island. It had rained on Friday and the weekend forecast was uncertain but we were bound and determined to go on our trip. We had our new schedule (friends started it out of his trailer for us the day before) and we were really exhausted and moorings on the night. It was beautiful when we arrived and we arrived at one of the docks so I could jump into the boat to execute our plan to Pocking moorings.The rules require that in the cove to pick you bow and stern moorings and they are all color coded so you know how you're supposed to be aligned. There were some boats already there and we decided to pick up moorings on the opposite side of the field of them, closer to the island.
